Orders received by Midnight EST will be processed the same day. To protect you as a credit cardholder frys.com may request additional information that may delay processing your order. If additional information is needed you will be notified via phone or email.
APO/FPO
Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 calendar days.

For Saturday delivery, please contact us via our toll free number at 1-877-688-7678. Overnight Delivery must be selected for Saturday Delivery. Saturday Delivery is not available in all locations.
Express Service Supported Areas
Most domestic shipping destinations are supported by all express services. Some rural areas may not be supported by express services. Over Size Shipments
Televisions 50" or larger, and any item exceeding 150lbs will ship through our alternate courier (ABF). Tracking information and delivery instructions will be provided via e-mail. Residential delivery is available within the continental U.S by ground
shipping only with an average delivery time of 5-10 business days. Second day and Express service is unavailable. Standard ground shipping includes curbside service (delivery). Inside delivery, debri removal and delivery by appointment is available at additional cost.
Noncontiguous U.S. Addresses
Deliveries to noncontiguous U.S. addresses differ from Expected Arrival Time Chart. For actual shipping times, please visit DHL.com.

If any items are on backorder or call for availability status at the time of your order, you have the option of having products in the order shipped when all items are in stock. If you have ordered a product with the free-shipping logo, you must select this option to qualify for free shipping.

Want to receive your order as quickly as possible? Choose this option. If any of your products are on backorder or call for availability status at the time of your order, you have the option to have products in your order shipped without waiting for the entire order to be in stock. This option may add additional cost to your order. If you select this option, free ground shipping products will not apply. You will then be charged the full ground shipping price for the free ground shipping products in your order.
